Clinic Policies

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. This helps us protect therapist time and keep our doors open so we can continue to provide these valuable services!

We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse or bullying to anyone in the clinic environment, including over the phone. This will result in immediate discharge. 

 

Private policy: all information gathered during therapy is confidential and will not be shared unless explicit consent is gained prior to sharing. Please read more in our intake form
